Instructions on Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the day the last goods were taken into possession by the consumer or a third party who is not the carrier and is designated by the consumer.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you need to inform us (Tronitec d.o.o., Alpska cesta 43, 4248 Lesce) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, telefax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached template withdrawal form; however, this is not compulsory. You may also electronically fill out and submit the template withdrawal form or any other clear statement at shop.sunbritegreen.com. If you make use of this option, we will immediately (e.g. via e-mail) send you a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal.

The withdrawal period shall be deemed to have been observed if you send the notice of exercising your right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we are obligated to refund to you all the payments we received from you, including delivery charges (with the exception of additional costs if you chose another type of delivery other than the most inexpensive standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold a refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or deliver the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days from the day on which you notified us of your withdrawal from this contract at the latest.

This period shall be deemed to have been observed if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

Direct costs of returning the goods are borne by you. You shall bear the costs for any decrease in the value of the goods where only a possible decrease in value is attributable to you for an unnecessary handling, in order to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
