Contacting us

If you contact us via email or the form on the website, the data you provide will be used for the purpose of processing the inquiry and stored for six months by us for the event of follow-up questions. This data will not be disclosed without your consent.

Data storage

We would like to point out that, for the purpose of simplifying the purchasing process and for the subsequent execution of the contract by the Webshop operator, the IP-data of the subscriber will be stored within the scope of cookies, as well as the name, address and credit card number of the buyer or their e-mail address registered with PayPal.

In addition, the following data will also be stored by us for the purpose of executing the contract: email address, telephone number and business VAT ID. The data that is mandatory and provided by you is required for the performance of the contract or for the execution of pre-contractual measures, respectively. The contract with you cannot be concluded without this data. No data will be disclosed to third parties with the exception of credit card details disclosed to processing banking institutions/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price.

If the purchasing process is aborted, the data stored by us will be deleted. If a contract is concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the end of the tax-related retention period (7 years).

The following data will further be stored until the end of product liability (10 years): name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase. Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of Article 96(3) of the TKG, and Article 6(1)(a) (consent) and/or (b) (necessary for the performance of a contract) of the GDPR.

Our website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Cookies are used for this purpose in order to enable the analysis of website usage through the website’s users. The information generated in this way is transferred to the provider’s server and stored there.

You can prevent this by setting your browser so that no cookies are stored. We have concluded a corresponding contract with the provider for commissioned data processing.Your IP address is recorded but pseudonymised immediately (e.g. by deleting the last 8 bits). This means that only a rough localization is possible.

The relationship with the web analytics provider is based on the EU–U.S. Privacy Shield agreement. Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of Article 96(3) of the TKG, and Article 6(1)(a) (consent) and/or (f) (legitimate interest) of the GDPR.
